Thermo-Mechanical Dry Coating as Dry Coating Process is for Pharmaceuticals

The manuscript aims to provide glimpse on updated information relating thermo-mechanical dry coating processes (TMDCP) suiting in modifying surface attributes of fine and ultra-fine particle (FiUlFiP). FiUlFiPs are the integral component pharmaceutical processes. They exhibit complex queer properties, conferred mostly from their colligated with higher area. Particle engineering technocrats extensively working for & FiUlFiPs. These efforts find worthy applications new functionalities. Among available diverse technologies/ process, TMDCP, a process (DCP), advocated being efficient. TMDCP finds multidisciplinary applications, drug development delivery. Said DCP involves fixing and/or attaching material (CoM) as particles herein synonym guest (GP) onto core/substrate (CSP) host (HP). Attaching/ GPs HPs, involve mechanical thermal interactions. Scientific literatures evidencing techniques basing discussed Amongst them novel techniques/ Hybridization, Magnetically assisted impaction (MAICP), Mechanofusion, Theta-composer, high shear compaction. In this area devices/ equipments prevailing market. Important Hybridizer, coater (MAIC), Quadro Comil®, Cyclomix®, many others.
